6-Day Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or refund within 6 days of receiving your product under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item was delivered within the last 6 days.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or physical damage are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at support@shreyazz.com or call 92350 01235 within 6 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–6 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that are damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
  • Used or altered products.
  • Items returned after the 6-day window.
